TERMS AND CONDITIONS
IT IS AGREED as follows:
DEFINITIONS
“You” or “Your” shall mean the applicant (“Applicant”)
“We” shall mean Business Link (“Business Link”).
“High Growth Business Boot Camp” shall mean the two-day residential intensive workshop for successful Applicants who are selected according to the terms here under and who are eager to start or develop a high growth business.
1) Only those who currently reside within the following counties are eligible and qualify for the High Growth Business Boot Camp:
• Bedfordshire
• Cambridgeshire
• Essex
• Hertfordshire
• Norfolk
• Suffolk
2) Applicants must not have been trading for more than 36 months.
3) Completion of the application form alone does not guarantee a place and applicants will be shortlisted by a panel.
4) The panel’s decision is final and the panel will not enter into discussions with applicants.
5) Applicants will normally be notified of the panel’s decision no longer than one month after receipt of the fully completed application form.
6) We reserve the right to change the schedule and advertised workshops.
7) Successful applicants must secure their place within two working days of notification by making full payment of the sum of £95.
8) We reserve the right to withdraw a place if within 48 hours of receiving notification the successful Applicant fails to make full payment.

The East of England IDB Limited (trading as Business Link East) receives funding from Central Government through the East of England Development Agency (EEDA). Your details will be held on a computerised and/or paper based system belonging to EEDA.
